Ogden Sullivan Stover & Saar, P.A. is a civil trial firm in Tampa, which represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida. The Firm was founded in 1990 by Tim Sullivan and two partners who had practiced together for nine years in the trial department of one of Tampa’s oldest and most respected law firms.

From the beginning, the Firm has limited its practice to counseling and representing clients involved in or considering litigation of civil matters.

Our attorneys have extensive experience in the courtroom. One of our lawyers is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a civil trial specialist. This distinction has been earned by less than 2% of all Florida lawyers. Two of our lawyers have been selected as members of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization dedicated to the preservation of the jury system. Membership in ABOTA requires significant jury trial experience. Two of our lawyers have accepted as members in the Trucking Industry Defense Association, an invitation only organization which requires extensive experience in the handling of transportation related matters.

While the Firm is committed to defending cases through trial, we are mindful of the fact that trial is not always in our clients’ best interest. For that reason, we are committed to and highly experienced in alternative forms of case resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Our clients’ desire for swift and cost-effective resolution of their claims is our primary consideration in the planning and execution of the strategy for each case. Two of our lawyers are certified as mediators by the Florida Supreme Court.
