The Firm was founded in 1990 by Tim Sullivan and two partners who had practiced together for nine years in the trial department of one of Tampa’s oldest and most respected law firms. From the beginning, the Firm has limited its practice to counseling and representing clients involved in or considering litigation of civil matters.
