Topics covered during the morning session of day one included dealing with difficult attorneys and witnesses, objections, attorney/client relationship building. The afternoon portion resumed with O&S Partner Skooter Kinman discussing witness preparation and using depositions at trial. The afternoon included a hands on workshop practice.
